1. Free Hosting (Pixy Plan)
Our Pixy plan is 100% free forever. As no payment is collected for this service, no refunds are applicable.
2. Paid Hosting Plans (Neu & Algon)
Money-Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our Neu and Algon shared hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
Eligibility for Refund:
- The money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of shared hosting plans (Neu and Algon).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are processed for hosting service fees only.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations (once a domain is registered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded).
- SSL certificates (if purchased separately from a hosting plan).
- Dedicated IP addresses.
- Any third-party software licenses or add-ons.
- Setup fees (if applicable).
- Renewals of any service.
- Administrative fees for AUP violations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact our billing department through your client area or by emailing billing@hostmaji.com. Please include your account details and the reason for your cancellation.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Policy Changes
HostMaji reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
