1. Free Hosting (Pixy Plan)
Our Pixy plan is a free hosting service. To prevent abuse and ensure genuine signups, we require a **one-time, non-refundable ₹1 verification charge**. As the core hosting service itself is free, no other payments are collected, and therefore, no other refunds are applicable.
2. Paid Hosting Plans (Neu & Algon)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our Neu and Algon shared hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.
Eligibility for Refund:
- The money-back guarantee applies only to the initial (first-time) purchase of shared hosting plans (Neu and Algon).
- Refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket from your client area within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- This guarantee applies to hosting service fees only.
Refunds After 7 Days (As Soft Wallet Credit):
For requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired, no cash or bank refunds will be issued. In very rare and specific scenarios, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a prorated refund. Any such refund will be credited exclusively to your account's Soft-Wallet for future use on our services. This is a non-negotiable policy.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following products and services are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- The ₹1 verification fee for the free Pixy plan.
- Domain name registrations, transfers, or renewals.
- SSL certificates (if purchased separately).
- Dedicated IP addresses.
- Any third-party software licenses or add-ons.
- Service renewals of any kind.
- Administrative fees or fees for custom services.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee, you must submit a cancellation request via a support ticket from your client area. Please include your account details and the reason for your cancellation to help us improve our services.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Wallet credits are applied instantly upon approval.
6. Policy Changes
HostMaji, an initiative of SoftMaji InfoTech Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
