3. Fair Usage Policy (for "Unlimited" resources)

While some plans may offer "unlimited" bandwidth or disk space, this refers to typical website usage. These resources are not intended for use as an online storage drive, backup service, or for distributing large files. If your usage significantly impacts other users or the server's stability, we reserve the right to request adjustments or suggest an upgrade to a more suitable plan.

4. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, please contact us at abuse@hostmaji.com. Please provide detailed information, including the nature of the violation and relevant URLs or IP addresses.

5. AUP Enforcement

HostMaji reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this AUP. We may take any action we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, warning the user, suspending the account, or terminating the account, with or without notice.

6. Changes to AUP

HostMaji reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated AUP on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
