WordPress is the world's most popular content management system (CMS), powering millions of websites. With HostMaji's CyberPanel, installing WordPress is a breeze thanks to the Softaculous one-click installer.

Step 1: Log in to CyberPanel

Access your CyberPanel dashboard using the credentials provided by HostMaji. You can usually find the login link in your welcome email.

Step 2: Navigate to Softaculous App Installer

1. Once logged in, look for the "Websites" section in the left sidebar.
2. Select "List Websites" and then click "Manage" next to the domain where you want to install WordPress.
3. On the website management page, scroll down until you find the "Application Installer" section, and click on "WP + LSCache" or "Softaculous App Installer".

Step 3: Install WordPress

You will be redirected to the Softaculous interface. Here's what to do:

1. Click on the "Install Now" button for WordPress.
2. Software Setup:
   • Choose the protocol (https:// is recommended).
   • Select your domain from the dropdown.
   • Leave "In Directory" empty if you want WordPress installed directly on your main domain (e.g., yourdomain.com). If you want it in a subfolder (e.g., yourdomain.com/blog), enter blog here.
3. Site Settings: Enter your Site Name and Site Description.
4. Admin Account: Create your Admin Username, Admin Password (use a strong one!), and Admin Email. This will be your WordPress login.
5. Choose Language: Select your preferred language.
6. Select Plugins/Themes: You can choose to install the LiteSpeed Cache plugin (highly recommended for performance) and select a theme.
7. Click "Install".

Softaculous will now install WordPress for you. Once complete, you will see a success message with links to your new WordPress website and its admin area (e.g., yourdomain.com/wp-admin).
