Plans and availability
Published prices, resources, availability, and inclusions must match the actual order system and hosting environment. A service is not available until confirmed in writing or at checkout.
Billing and renewal
Show the full payable amount, billing period, applicable taxes, renewal price, and cancellation terms before payment. Promotional pricing may apply only to a specified initial term.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use services for unlawful activity, abuse, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or activity that threatens platform stability or other customers.
Support and responsibility
Support scope, backup responsibilities, restore charges, uptime commitments, and remedies must be specified in the final service agreement.
